Pengaruh Kadar Suspensi Pati Kulit Pisang Kepok pada Kinetika Reaksi Proses Hidrolisis

Banana peel is one of the wastes that can pollute environment so it needs to be utilized. One ingredients in kepok banana peels starch (carbohydrates). converted into glucose by hydrolysis method. This study aimed find out effect suspension levels on reaction kinetics process. The process used 2 N oxalic acid with times 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 minutes (gr/mlcamp) were 10/250, 20/250 30/250. results showed optimum obtained at a content 10/250 gr/ml conversion reaching 35% time constant temperature 100°C.
